Deposit Account Application
Liberty National Bank understands your days are full and wants to minimize the time you spend at the bank and provide the most convenient experience possible when establishing a new account.
After we receive your online application, a banker will contact you to set up a time to stop in and sign the necessary paperwork.
During the meeting at the bank, your banker will ask you to:
- Sign the application and signature card
- Provide your initial deposit
- Provide a photo ID (in accordance with the USA Patriot Act)
To get started, just complete the following Six Simple Steps:
- ACCOUNT TYPE - You will first select an account type that best suits your needs.
- BRANCH LOCATION - You will select the Branch location most convenient for you.
- ABOUT YOU - To apply online you must be 18 years or older, a legal resident of the United States and provide a Social Security Number and Driver's License, State ID, or Military ID for each applicant.
- ACCOUNT AMENITIES - You will select which services you would like to be included with your account.
- DEPOSIT INFORMATION - You will be asked to provide opening deposit information.
- REVIEW AND SUBMIT - Review your application and accept the terms and disclosures.
All transactions with Liberty National Bank must be in U.S. dollars. Drafts from banks outside the U.S. are accepted provided they are in U.S. currency.
